Stand Strong and Free as you strike your best superhero pose with Bankers Hall in celebration of Canada 150."You're strong and free and research shows, more confident! When you hold a pose like the superhero pose for as little as two minutes, your mood, strength and ability to deal with stressful situations improves."
Now through the month of December, find the superhero mural in the +15 North Bridge at Bankers Hall for a chance to win a Canada 150 prize pack each month. All you need to do is capture a photo of yourself or your friends in your best superhero pose and post or share to social media with the hashtag #myCanada.
Winners will be selected at random each month and contacted directly by the organizers.
