I have read the "Stephen Avenue Walk Vendor Guide and Application Package" and understand its contents and what is expected of me, as a vendor, on Stephen Avenue Walk. I agree to the conditions stated in the booklet.
I understand that full refunds will only be generated with a minimum of 30 days' notice. 50% of term cost will be refunded for applications less with than 30 days' notice and will not be generated between July 1st and July 15th 2013. Holding deposits will not be refunded.
