Looking for that special dinner location or just a place to grab a bite with friends and coworkers after work? Downtown Calgary has something for everyone with over 360 choices . Our highest concentration of restaurants is along the 4 blocks of Stephen Avenue Walk.

Every spring we hold our annual dining program, Dine Out Calgary, which is the 10 tastiest days of the year. Top chefs in the heart of the city prepare 3 course set menus at pre-set prices for lunch and dinner. The 2010 program is over, but mark March 4 to 14, 2011 on your calendars. This is an event you do not want to miss!

When the snow melts and the sun starts shining, you know that patio season is just around the corner. Typically during the first week of May the over 65 patios in the downtown area start opening. Make sure you head out early to guarantee your spot as many of the restaurants do not take lunch reservations for the patio.
